What we do not collect

Mnemi is built to know as little about you as it can while still being useful. It does not collect, and cannot be made to collect, the following:

• Your data for advertising. There are no ads and no ad networks.
• Your data for sale. It is never a product sold to a third party.
• Your data for training public models. Your captures never leave to teach someone else's AI.
• Anything you did not choose to give it. Every source is a permission you granted and can revoke.

AI provider data handling

When a model reads one of your sentences, it does so under a zero-retention agreement: the provider keeps nothing and trains on nothing. Personal details are masked before the sentence is sent, and the masking is reversible only on your side. The providers used today are OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, each configured this way.

Data storage and security

Your Mnemi runs on a single instance that is yours. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and the parts of the system that decide, remember and guard are separated from the parts that merely fetch and format, so a fault in the convenient code cannot reach the trusted core.

Your rights

You can see everything Mnemi holds about you, correct what it has wrong, export all of it in an open format, and delete your account. A deletion reaches the embeddings, the twin's claims and the graph history built on a memory, not only the row that held it.

GDPR and CCPA

Mnemi is built to meet GDPR and CCPA by design rather than by policy: consent is explicit and revocable, erasure is real and complete, and the audit log can show what happened to any piece of your data and prove it was not altered afterwards.

Evidence transparency

Anything Mnemi believes about you carries its evidence and a confidence, and you can always see both. A claim you correct outranks every capture behind it: Mnemi keeps your words and marks its own reading as overruled rather than quietly re-deriving it.
